Lynn blackburn is hoping a new cash reward programme will entice some one to help solve her sister's murder. The department of justice was offering up to 50 thousand dollars for information leading to a conviction in five high profile unsolved cases, including the Paula galance case. Up until this point, paula's sisters lynne and lana, had only spoken to the media about paula’s murder by a written statement and letters. But now they chose to speak publicly. Lynn said: ‘Not a day that goes by that i don't wake up first fa wanting her back in my life'
