We Need a Buraucracy Problem
Everything that makes your smart phone, or any smart product, you have, smart wash government. So it was government investment, risk taking, investment in the internet and g p s. It's completely wrong to think that government isn't kind of able to innovate. We need a buraucracy problem. As we have bad buroucracies, we should have a sexy burocraty.
