How to Get Started With HLV

The most pragmatic way to get started is for the coach themselves to start using it on themselves and see what their experience is. They can do that with a chest strap that they've got already, a Wahoo ticker, a polar H6, H7, H9, or a Santo belt. And then perhaps in your client group, start to work with the people who have the most problems with perhaps illness and injury,. particularly running up to their key events. Almost 50% of the athletes who failed to achieve their A-race goal for the season was due to illness or overuse injury in the build-up. That is something that HLV can really help with.
