Introduction

Charles Dickens' A Tale of Two Cities is a tale of two cities. The Old Testament prophetic book of Obadiah is just about as clear. It's a contrast between two very closely related people groups who have a lot of backstory together. Christians reading the text believe that God is prompting Obadiah to weigh in on the relationship between these two cities.
