The Importance of Surface Service Time

One specific behavior that I am diligently working on is not speaking first because when I speak, even at a table of, of co leaders and I do treat them that way. If I speak, it becomes addictive. And so in order to actually draw the best out of the people I'm meeting with, I'm the last with a solution. But that is a very specific thing.
