The Evolutionary Dynamics of the Human Genome

We are entering an even more profound, or potentially equally profound, revolution. We now have the ability to manipulate our own genus explicitly. The technology for that is getting better and better. There will be attempts to put a permanent band on manipulation of human genomes. But it's going to be very tricky to keep people from manipulating genums in a generation or two.
