The three-month PGSD is a practice to getting your perfectionist mindset on your side. You will be able to short more fully for your business, you won't be procrastined working as much and you'll get more done in less time without burning out. But again, going back to this, one of the pieces of advice is to write lists. That's not going to help. The next is to get rid of social media. This actually reinforces a self image, your story about yourself that you tell yourself that you're a procrastinator who can't follow through with their plans unless they have the perfect environment.
