Is It Possible to Have 19,000 Subscribers on YouTube?

Logan Paul has been making waves in the boxing and entertainment world. Do you think he would still be doing YouTube videos if he had 19,000 subscribers? I know so many people who got 10K followers or whatever it is - they're making more money than people with a million followers because they're just good at running a business. And even I was actually in making us like two years ago, and I'm going on a night out with Jake Paul, just me and him. We ended up just talking for hours and like drinking and got absolutely wasted.
