Freelancers - What's the Difference?

Two full time for freelancers. One doing mostly marketing, like content marketing. The other one is good doing mostlya linding growth. And the two others are organizing weboners. So it's colde mailingi'm the one giving the webiners, but they're doing the entire in process around it. We just have, you know, specific directions that the company wants to take.
