The Chicago Boys' Perseverance in a Dilemma
When Pinochet brought them into the administration, you have people that are taking economics as a discipline, as a form of public policy very seriously. They're so convinced that they persevere. And eventually Chile takes off and moves from being the number 10 country in Latin American in terms of income to be the number one by a white march. That's a true miracle.
