The Risk of Fintech Partners

I think the safe harbor point is really interesting to me especially in light of some of the consent orders we've seen over the past year that tend to, and particularly across from recently that focuses on a bigger fintech bank partner. So it raises a question of our regulators intentionally focusing on bigger ones but not giving smaller ones a way out which I think makes sense if you're thinking about these regulations really being about safety and soundness. We'll love to drill into some of the like life cycle and like risk analysis those two pieces a bit like you mentioned a lot of the guidance is around banks taking a risk based approach to assessing risks of fintech partners.
