Most people believe that they understand how diet works. If i said to you, as better to eat more calories or fewer? All things being equal nutrition wise, you'd probably say fewer, fewer. You would be way up there, like, way better than the uninformed about diet. And what you and the people who don't know a damned thing about diet have in common is obesity. There's no such thing as 'will power' - it's just something that is sort of a result after the fact. It doesn't tell you like the end race. In other words, if you're willing to increase the amount of sufferingyou're going to take now for some longer term gain
