The Loneliness of Leadership

The isolation trap has the voice of, i'm not lonely, but i feel very alone ad and the original working title of this book was the loneliness of leadership. There are sometimes things you can't say, it's not appropriate to say, to your board of diectors, to your direct reports, to your your peers, even to your husband or wife. And that really kind of provide you a space to feel unerstood on this level.
