I used to see them just continually make the same mistake again. I think if someone just tells you something that's wrong, it goes in. We say in one ear and out the other ear. When you send them off to go and find things themselves, occasionally I will underline a little bit where I really want them to focus on one part but I won't correct it. If they go away and then they look at that and they correct it themselves and have a go, they, yeah, I see far fewer errors. They start to correct a lot more.
