Is Cutting Saturated Fat a Good Thing?

There are genes where if you have that particular risk factor or risk allele you are more likely to have weight gain impaired lipid profiles and or insulin resistance. That somebody we're cutting dietary saturated fat is very likely in my opinion to have a strong effect on lowering their arthrogenic lipids. So it does I think inform how aggressive I am about cutting saturated fat in those patients. It's like the stone family credo is that anything worth doing is worth overdoing.
