"There is anger. I can feel it threatening to attack my neck again," she writes. "I quietly ask myself a question, who is this anger for? Who does it belong to?" The longer i sit with it, the more i realize that there are fewer thoughts and, inconsequential, daily worries. And then the clouds start to part. It's a huge burning ball that i'm hurling at myself, more specific, at my younger self."
