The Negative Effects of Diet on Relationships

I think it creates some sort of unhealthy relationship with food when you start looking at these extremes and extremely restrictive. When you totally cut out carbs for a prolonged, it's fine for a short period of time but long term, you need at least 10% of any macronutrient. You have to look at what the long term consequences of those things are. And like long term, like being like, I'm going to get as jacked as possible. If that's your end in itself,  you're going to age and your muscle is going to start to deteriorate,. It's a very lonely path.
