Bates: The Best Defender in the Competition
Bates is in the top five rank defenders in the competition. He's averaging just under five tackles a game this year and 15 pressure acts. The defensive, I guess, positioning when we don't have the ball is probably a growth area for Noah. But you can see once that defensive stuff leads into his offense as well. So he looks super dangerous, always inside 15. You could see the intent on his face. There's a young player that is listening. And wants to learn and want to get better. It hasn't played 20 games yet. Jacob Hopper and Tim Taranto are bringing what we asked them to bring across club. That first possession plays, if we were winning
