Dina kipeve remembers the first time she went to a public toilet in moscow. The toilets were expensive, but for that you got gleaming walls and sparkling ceilings. She also recalls long lines at shops where food was only available by stand-by. "I ate sameon empty shelves and long lines," says dina Kipeve.
