Is There a Gap in Research Skills?

I know how to do research. But how do I actually get anything done here? That's when I was like, just really owning the fact that I do not at all know how to get anything done there. So I'm going to have to learn that aspect of the role that that is a gap from my training. A lot of it was just trying to partner in projects with my manager. And I had product allies along the way, for sure. primarily by just seeing someone that was successful doing things the way I wanted to be able to do them and observing that person.
