Ayurveda hasn't really come under that level of trials which could make it mainstream and use globally. It's amazing to me how much Chinese medicine actually has been evaluated in randomized controlled trials. Maths arose from the Asian subcontinent, but it's spread worldwide. Some things are just, you know, humanity has arrived at certain processes of evaluation because the processes of evaluation work.
