How to Air Dry Your Hair

I'm obsessed with Rita Hazan's weekly treatment. Remember she's got it is so good. It starts out the air drying nice and smooth already. I feel like a lot of people say don't scrunch because you just you your regular curl pattern gets disrupted. But for me, at least the scrunch just like enhances the wave a little bit. Do you towel dry it for a while? I squeeze towel dry it, never roughing it up.
