The question that always comes up, and I know Joe Rogan asked you this on the podcast, is scalability. What is your response to that? That we couldn't, we couldn't possibly make every farm in the world regenerative. It's not linear or scalable, but it is replicatable. There will never be a White Oak Passers as big as Tyson or Smithfield or Cargill. We have a lot more resilient food supply,. A lot better for the animals, a lotbetter for the land, the climate.
Today on the podcast, Paul hosts Will Harris to talk about the power of regenerative agriculture. Will tells his story in how he began his farm, White Oak Pastures, and shares his thoughts and lived experience on regenerative versus factory farming, whether regenerative agriculture is scalable, and how raising cattle this way affects the carbon cycle and overall environment.
