The ISBA Classification of Vascular Anomalies

Vascular knobbly have been referred to by their vernacular names, which has led to misdiagnosis and inappropriate management. The ISBA classification is divided into vascular tumors and vascular malformations with multiple subcategories in each. These anomalies can occur as isolated lesions or in association with complex syndromes. Ultrasound and MRI are going to be the first line imaging modalities for identifying, characterizing, and evaluating the anatomic extent of these patients.
