Ajahn Sumeidor - A Beautiful Being

When you meet Ajahn Sumeidor, when I met Ajahn Chah in this amazing forest monastery and tried to keep my robe up and do my vows. And they were happy because they had discovered what you too can discover when you come in the temple. That there's this beautiful freedom that's not some idea or some ideal, but is our true nature, is who we really are. The idea in making music is to be where you are in harmony with the music or in dancing. It's not a goal oriented activity, it's an activity of learning to be where we are with a free heart.
