The Supreme Court's Decision in the Case of Billy Countermen

In countermen, an individual sent a series of abrasive and at times disturbing Facebook messages to a local musician. The court in 7-2 reversed the conviction, saying there is a mental state element to true threats. Even though the majority split in the decision, they split on what that mental state requirement was.
