The Challenges of Design Focused Architecture
The architect is trying to provide the best, most beautiful design possible. And so they don't want to be governed by this constant barrage of naysaying. So we have it's kind of a you have to be careful, you know, you have to pick your battles. Typically, we run somewhere in the range of three to four percent of the hard costs. On a project that, that is, I wouldn't say that's an absoluteabsolute, but that's more typical.
