A team member asked for a raise because she sees that the practice is growing and she sees the production collection numbers. She approached him with Hey, I think I need a raise because I guess we're collecting more money and I need this pie basically right? The doctor feels like he's between a rock and hard place as it relates to culture issues in his office.
