How to Make a Casserole in the Oven

This week we had over about 10 friends of ours for a brunch. And so I wanted to tell you about, I might have done this before for you, but the casserole that I'm telling you about right now is an egg casserole. And it's, it's really lovely and everybody loved it. So what we did is we whipped up, you can do 10 to 12 eggs. But we did not do spinach this time because we had mushrooms and onions. We cook it at about 375 degrees, 180 degrees here in the UK for between 40 and 45 minutes. They cook more slowly in high altitudes like the mountains in Colorado where I live.
