How to Build Trust in a Teamwork Environment
Taylorism says managers are the ones that come up with ideas and workers execute on those ideas. That may have worked to some degree on an assembly line, but no longer holds true in today's world. In tech companies, fintech companies, even health care workers now have to think we have to solve problems. So if a team leader manager wants their team to move fast, once their team is able to solve complex problems, they must feel safe working together.
