How do you honestly judge or critique your work if you're fighting against low self esteem? That is actually a really good question. I think the first kind of thing that came to me is to fall in love with the process and worry about the product later, if that makes any sense. If you're just kind of rushing through the process and you're trying to get to this like kind of perfect end point, then of course you're going to be judging it based on not how you would necessarily judge it, but how your inner critic judges it,.
