Agile Outgoing and the Energy Crisis

All grid pays industrial users who soak that power up when it's negative prices. Which then goes on to the electricity bill for everyone. Everyone ends up paying more. Or you get something for free, you fact get paid for it. How cool is that? And of course that's not necessarily everything, but people really respond to price signals. I'd like to democratize that and share it with people. But by the way, use it usefully.
