Nintendo's Overcomplicated Game Design
The way that Nintendo builds games is something that is not very well publicized they're very private about it. It's almost like with a lot of their 90s games in particular they're almost overcomplicating certain things and it led to them being more broken than they had to be. When you get beneath the surface there's certain things you could do that might not have been possible if they had made it in a more simple way. That happened in I think Mario Kart 64 also where the Japanese 1.0 version of the game just the earliest that it was publicly released does not have a certain glitch on Toad's turnpike that every single other version of thegame at least after it does
