Taking Notes During Lectures
I want to call out a couple of distinctions that came up when you were describing how you do it. One is the distinction between taking notes during lectures versus taking notes when reading. And i find this approach of using different colored pens to be really interesting. I've had that experience, and i always get a little rush, because it makes me feel like i'm in conversation with the author somehow.
