Zinc and Fermentation

Zinc is important in the early phases of fermentation. It's used to keep hydrate and protein inside yeast cells. You can use ceramisies, we still sell it today; that'll protect the zinc. Or if you want to use mineral zinc because it is a lot less expensive and stuff, just make a sterile solution of it,. Maybe if you've got a little lot of pressure cooker and then add a little bit of that to with the yeast into the ferment when you're no new going on.
