Getting to Value at Scale

I think it's my inclination that you get to value and I don't know where I heard this, but there's the artisanal and then the industrial approach. It's really easy to value the things like technical implementation because it's so easy to see and touch and feel. Whereas all this other thing is a little bit harder to put a value on in its own right when you take each bit at a time. But as you say, one of the things that allows you, gives you the remit, give you the ability to deliver to deliver value is all these other things. So yeah, totally agree with that point.
