How to Breathe Effectively

The three deep breaths I love, but also the box. This first time I was introduced to this was in yoga classes. It kind of centers you. Which actually brings me to the fact that I recently read a book about this called Breathe. There's no e-breath by James Nestor. But it's a really cool book on how to breathe. So four seconds in, hold for four seconds, four seconds out, then holding for four seconds. And they started, that was how you would either start or end a practice to try to transition into the next thing.
