When you hear internet speeds, keep in mind those are bits, not bytes. And so like, you know, you were saying you got a little over 100 megabytes per second download, that's pretty close to the theoretical maximum, which is 125 megabytes for gigabit connection. So many things will not be faster, but many things will because increasingly in this world, we are being delivered things from CDNs who will have things being served to you from fairly close by,. relatively speaking.
