Hemancebese had this idea to bring frustrations out in the open. That was also a gan way for us to figure out lecrin issues in the team, which, like tetny women could pick up and solve. We we know at we still believe in the impat of our work. And it created these, it just created this networ where we were lie, you know, we're all in this together, happy though.
It's easy to get sucked into the "technology" side of things when it comes to improving the effectiveness and scaling up data teams, but, much to Tim's dismay, shoring up the people, process, and culture is often just as (if not more) critical.
