Is There Anything Special About the Five Day Work Week?

There's probably some optimal number of hours that people work in order to maximize their productivity. The one thing they sort of mandated was an average 32 hour work week. But you can get there any way you want whatever, according to the study. I think it would be really cool if this starts to happen. Companies can get over themselves and realize that they don't actually need their employees to be there working like slaves.
