The Importance of Diversity in Research Ethics

I think when I was involved in the research ethics committees within the university, I think you've got so much diversity across faculties. It's very good tactic for so many things, ethics boards, mother-in-laws, everything, really. People said that they didn't have time to do these things. And I suppose because I work in a world where we've always done it, we perhaps had a different perspective on it.
