Anthony blincolne is a practised diplomat, and keeps his cards very close to the vest. He doesn't say anything too much that you don't hear him say in public. It's almost like he's feeling the reporters out as much as reporters are trying to get information from him. The pressures on russia to decide what they want to do could be diplomacy or military action. Be careful what you think a military solution can do - it may not give you what you want.
