The Chinese are still spying above the United States with satellites just with a different method. Right now we assess that it'll probably be over the United States for a few days. But we'll continue to monitor, review our options and keep you updated as we can. The balloon is maneuverable and predictable. It's harder to track. You can put it basically where you want it when you want it. And that's its advantage over satellites.
