How to Build a Staged Persona

When thinking about your customer persona, you want to think about what is it that they're going through and how do they get there? So I think about when, what was the last thing that I purchased? And so, me and my wife, we were looking for a chair. We decided to replace the bookshelf that we had with a chair, an accident chair. You can see just through that little story, all of the different stages that I went through,. The search stage, how we compared it to other chairs that we already see. But this one was clearly the winner. It's worth the drive because it looks beautiful in our living room now.
