The courts is, i presumably, you know, independent. But it looks like theuse sort of sets the the cultural sort of enorms in this area. So we actualy cold try some novel legaltheory or a novel thing, but they probably, it'll probably get ignored, right? That makes sense to me. E, occasionally there are novel cases at n you know, usually you don't get a decision out of at all. It's just that, no, employers want to avoid these los somabel, they won no try to to deal with it and try to settle such lawsuits.
