The Man With a Suitcase

The suspect was stopped by officers at a bus stop across the street, probably where Charles Bukowski got drunk. He was later identified as a 62 year old man from Garfield Heights and was found to have several outstanding warrants. The suspect said he typically sells the meat which he steals to restaurants that pay him half the face value on the price tag.
