The Differences Between Cash on Cash Return and Internal Rate of Return

Jesse: I'd always looked like flipping is a business, investing is completely different. The money that I make flipping doesn't count as a return on my money, it's just a business. There is a way to incorporate flipping into a portfolio of properties a person has and increase your capital by 40% over and over until those opportunities dry up. If you're trying to get to $400,000 a month in income or 200,000, whatever your number is, that requires liquidity. But at the same time, you can start allocating cash over now because you're still gonna get that growth.
