Make sure you're taking part in positive, reconnecting activities that are outside of just caretaking. When we slip into caregiver rolls, it's more of a parental role. And that tends to kill our sex strife more and like our attraction for that particular person. Am to still nurture the relationship outside of just that dynamic.
