New York v New Jersey, Nixon v Fitzgerald - It Was Nearly Dead

In 1982, Nixon was president and resigned in 1974. The DC circuit court has actually asked the Department of Justice to file their Amicus brief. This is so like foundational for the U.S., New York versus New Jersey. That's the case over whether the waterfront commission, which has been around since the 1950s or 1960s, can say, we're out. They were very careful in the briefing and we'll put part of it up on the screen.
