Many clients are fixated on weight loss. When a very slim and fit woman is obsessed with having X percent less body fat, it's challenging both as a coach and as a person. Having a small body size and being quote-unquote fit definitely is not an indicator or the only indicator that someone has an eating disorder. People of all shapes, sizes, genders, races, etc., struggle with disordered eating that hinders their lives.
